I got Biktarvy from an AIDs clinic surreptitiously and felt pretty good if anything, certainly not worse. However, since tryin this Indian version of Truvada, TAF + Emtricitabine, I get flairs that build almost immediately after taking it and seem to get better in between doses after going to bed. (Note: Valtrex helps but after day 7 or so I tend to get this low dopamine feeling where I just feel blank).
