Separate reading I have done on cardiac metabolism and brain health have said that medium chain fatty acids were a good source of energy for those organs and that coconut oil was a good source of medium chain fatty acids. The heart article recommended 2 - 4 teaspoons twice a day.

I am going to get some. I dont do very well on omega 3 6 9 I think its too concentrated or manufactured? I dont lnow if anyone else has this problem?

But I make a point of having avacado and seeds - hemp seeds are my favourite- each day.
