Hi August,

Here is a pdf from Ian Lipkin, which mentions carb malabsorption, gut bacterial changes and sutterella found in autism.

I think the next step would be to try and find out whether these bacteria give off neurotoxins, and whether these toxins cause the neurological changes found in autism.
