Nothing is showing up at EMG, but I'm still questioning this symptom, as I'm not sure if it means something special...

most likely a chanel myocyte dysfunction but it may be a common thing among healthy people as well...

Here a video of percussion at my shoulder muscle, but it's also easy to see it at trapezius or other muscles in arms or other places...
