Anyone tried Sonne's #7?

I have recently began to use this product, in conjunction with Castor oil packs. What happened, was that I started feeling as if my magnesium levels feel affected. Although the manufacturers assure you that any nutrient absorption is minimal, I feel that it may not be minimal with me. I have had to resume using Magnesium gel, and upping my intake of Magnesium Taurate, as well. I did notice a reduction of acid reflux, and have actually forgotten to take my GERD medication a few days with no ill effect.

My question is whether anyone else has used this product long term, and if you have found it to be beneficial over all? Also, if you felt that it wasn't beneficial, what went wrong for you?

Well, since no one seems to have tried it, I will share my experiences with it in the hopes that it will help someone else. The first day that I tried it, I felt a resuming of the fluttery feeling in my heartbeats, which I have been treating with extra Magnesium Taurate and salt, as per my cardiologist. By the fifth day, I felt more fatigued than usual, and had a strong suspicion that the Sonne's was absorbing my nutrients and minerals, even though it says on the box that such action is minimal, and that you would have to consume a great deal more for it to have a detrimental effect on your ability to absorb nutrients from your food and supplements. It might be that it is different with a pwc. So I skipped it today, and am feeling much better. Hope this helps someone out there! Peace.
