Anyone recommend a good brand of Zinc Orotate / Picolinate?

There are a few out there at varying prices.
Any comments on which brand is best?

(I also looked at Zinc Picolinate but heard Orotate was better).

The only zinc I've been able to tolerate without stomach upset is by MegaFood.

I like Jarrow Zinc Balance, 15 MG zinc monomethionine with 1 MG of copper.
