I'm for anything that calms the mind and balances the body - particularly the musculature of the body (what little is left) - since those muscles don't seem very happy most of the time and my mind is basically a mess. :eek::eek:

It would be great to retrain those muscles into acting a bit more coordinated and smooth flowing. One thing I'd like to do is find my 'chi' - I know it's in there something.....
