If I told them my sexuality for the most part is completely dead since 16.5 years old (Going at 23 and 0 evidence it'll be back), I'm functionally a loner(Been tested, and I am a possible schizoid avoidant or somewhere close to there) since around that age, and my fatigue is slowly getting worse... Would it be worth mentioning this or would it be a waste of time?

They would believe it, it happens, but they wont have an answer for you other than doing dozens of standard tests which only have like a 15% chance of finding anything. Doctors in general don't understand complex multisystem disease.

@Reptorian in what context will you mention this to your doctor? If we tell doctors a bunch of seemingly unrelated symptoms it usually doesn't go well for us. If you talk about your ED, your doctor can help you. If you mention fatigue your doctor may be able to help you

But if we mention symptoms like this together doctors have a habit of starting an argument with the patient and then things lead nowhere :p

    @Reptorian

Do you think there is a connection between your loss of libido at 16 years and / or being a loner and / or your worsening fatigue?

If so, what are the connections?

To be honest, I been suspecting brain changes since it easily explain every of those and they all happened around the same time, and my personality slighty shifted around that time. It could have to do with my precocious puberty (Yes, I have verification of that) with my former level of stress. Before, I actually had interest into sex with women, but now, that's dead. Libido or arousal is not really what I lost, but sexual-emotional interest into the physical aspect of sex is what I lost, and I do not see it coming back since there has been no evidence of that.

Having those 3 symptoms manifest at the same time is curious.

However, I'd be less confident of a positive or helpful response from a GP. An ME specialist (not a psychobabbler) may be more open minded to investigating / recognizing potential connections.

I have Never had to argue with my Dr. I am forceful when a Dr is not familiar with my illness, but my Specialist knows I am sick, and not the person I used to be, even though he has never met the healthy me!

You are lucky. When I go to the clinic with a random issue and get asked about my general health I used to mention CFS/fibromyalgia at which point the doctor would try to tell me that I'm a man so I can't get fibro (not to mention the I don't believe in CFS soapbox) and completely sidetrack the conversation. Brain fog doesn't allow much real time thinking for me so I have been tricked by that a few times. I've learned to not bring it up unless it's absolutely necessary

I go to all my Drs appts with a List, or practically all. So I don't forget something. Also, I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, all the way back in 2008. CFS in 2005.

Tell you Dr to give up his license, he's a disgrace, men can get Fibro, doubt it is all that hard to find that out!

Have also been diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome.

Have you checked if it is a side effect of any medications you have been having? (especially SSRI)
    http://rxisk.org/

Other than that, for me it would depend on the personality of your doctor / whether it bothers you or not.

Maybe a place like http://www.asexuality.org/home/ would be a good place to look?

Hope you find an answer .

has your testosterone level been tested? if not I suggest to get it tested. It could cause low sexual interest.

Guys, I have a question. How can I tell if I'm tired from exertion? I mean, I stay in the bed for hours in the morning, and sometimes I stay in bed for hours in the afternoon, but my muscles don't really feel tired. However, it seems that my mental fatigue is just so awful that I feel I haven't slept for days despite sleeping well or could it be that I'm actually exhausted by physical activity? I did once felt tired after walking for a bit. Or maybe this is getting worse. My mental fatigue was tolerable in 6th grade, and I never really recovered from having mental fatigue, and around 20, my mental fatigue just gotten worse, and now I think it is somewhat better and worse at the same time. The longest I only recover from having mental fatigue is a day max, but my fatigue will stay there till my death.
