Hi, I have a referral for a serum tryptase level baseline, but I figure in order to show a reaction is immune mediated rather than intolerance I would be better off using the referral at a time when symptoms are flaring. So, does anyone know when serum tryptase peaks after ingesting an allergen? Suspect type IV hypersensitivity to benzoate. Thanks.
