What is the best form of magnesium? I am using magnesium citrate, but it seems to cause my copper to go low. I guess it's the citrate part, because oranges does the same thing. I have tried magnesium malate, that seems to throw my calcium levels off. I noticed that magnesium malate, and magnesium glycinate seem to get old after a few weeks. I guess the malate and glycinate part degrades. It seems to me that citrate, and amino acid chelate form of magnesium are more stable. Anymore it seems to be hard to find magnesium amino acid chelate. So what is the best form of magnesium to take, and where can you find it?
