I just read the above book, and found it fascinating, and very relevant to ME - he only mentions ME briefly, but clearly sees a viral cause as a contender. The author is a leading virologist. He is very good on just how many viruses remain unidentified etc - if your doc tests you for the usual contenders and tells you are fine as a result of a negative, refer them to this!

Highly recommend this to anyone interested in viruses per se.
