The redlabs test suggests 80% of CFS/ME have an altered TH2 biased state yet 96% of Normal controls have a balanced Th1/TH2 system.

If the test is so accurate why is not more commonly used as a indicator of CFS state?
Any thoughts.

As an immunologist I am not aware that Th1/Th2 balance is more than a rather limp theory that usually gets things wrong. It was popular in the 1990s before Th17 cells came along. I have no idea how one could measure it on a blood test. The number of T cells in the blood is no indication of what they are doing in any tissues that might be diseased. This is immunobabble in its purest form, I think.
