Entertain the idea that autoantibodies against nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at the muscle transmission apparatus occur in M.gravis and that autoantibodies against ganglionic nicotonic or muscaranic receptors have been implicated in POTS, with consideration of the Ritixumab study in CFS.
