Does anyone have any idea how long it will be from October 2018 when the phase 3 Norwegian trials conclude until the results are published?

I think I remember someone saying they figured it would be about June (2018) or so

That seems reasonable. 3-6 months for peer review, going by the 'date accepted' vs. 'date published' on similar papers. If unblinding is in October, add a few months for the data to be analysed and the paper to be drafted, so June next year seems about right. Hopefully we'd get some hints before then (e.g. if we see all systems go on the UK trial, that might suggest promising unpublished results).
