Juicing is playing a big part in my recovery. I do not have ME though, just some CFS symptoms.

I only juice carrots, romaine lettuce, cucumbers... sometimes others. Romaine lettuce juice has 25% of all vitamins and minerals when you drink 400 ml like I do!

This juice is the best bang for my bucks. Look for the most nutrient dense vegetable that is not a goitrogen.

Yes I agree with @Beyond , I'm juicing a whole Romaine lettuce every day with carrots, cucumber and just added kale, I've seen a little improvement over the past few day, been on this regime for about 3 weeks now, about the length of time I would expect before feeling the benefits.
Think leaving the fruit out is a good idea. Just my opinion though.

I wouldn't cook any vegetables first, just try one small piece of raw veg at a time see how you go. Lettuce usually is quite safe. I was okay with blending for a while but then went downhill and couldn't digest all the pulp, went back on the juice and no problems.

If you want to add protein at some point, you could try rice protein powder. I think it is more benign than whey protein powder.
