I know we are getting some weird kick out of this. I finally ticked "donate" off my to do list, and here is the Spice-o-meter now!

I hope (and fear for them) that there are lots of others who have put off donating till the last minute. Let's assume they have survival plans for this event!Only 19 hours to go... get donating, folks...
Do bell peppers cause problems for anyone? They certainly don't have any heat.ME patients with gut sensitivity shouldn't try the chilli challenge either, IMO.
Actually, I think it could provoke gut sensitivities, so I think it's best for ME patients to avoid.
Peppers are nightshades, so problematic for some.Do bell peppers cause problems for anyone?
I've just been reading wiki, and it says that bell peppers don't produce any capsaicin, and therefore don't have any heat. So I think they should be considered to be like any other vegetables rather than a chilli pepper, even if in the same family. I'm pretty sure they'd only be a problem for people who have a specific food intolerance to them.Do bell peppers cause problems for anyone? They certainly don't have any heat.
Great new video by Llewellyn King! He's accepted the chilli challenge!
Thanks. You may have to contain your excitement for some time...I can hardly wait to see Simon's YouTube video!!
