The Koren Specific Technique in my opinion, works better and is a very gentle kind of chiropractic technique. It helps with the muscle stiffness and pain without creating more pain like traditional chiropractic techniques.

The Koren Specific Technique uses a special hand held instrument with different attachments to make adjustments to your spine and essentially anywhere on your body. I would suggest to google it. There is a U-tube video which demonstrates a doctor using it on a patient.
