CFS doctor in Phoenix who accepts Medicaid?

I just moved to Arizona and need to find a new doctor, specifically a specialist since SSD attorneys here won't even consider representing me if I'm not seeing one. Which at last I can do thanks to expanded Medicaid in the state.

I do have a PCP appt next week but it's a doctor assigned by Medicaid- so I dont know who she is or if whomever she would refer me to would be any good or even acceptable to the attorneys here to take me on

So I am hoping I can go to my appointment with a name of someone who takes Medicaid that I can ask her to write me a referral for. Does anyone know a CFS/ME specialist in the Phoenix area that accepts Medicaid?
