Balancing nutrients / electrolytes - looking for specialist in field

Hello,

I did hair analysis where I found many imbalanced nutrients which seems to describe my "metabolism type". So I have few questions about that:

1. Is the theory of balancing nutriets valid? Meaning does it truly help?
2. Do you know some online specialist in field who can help with it?
Becouse I found it truly not easy to see all the consequences one nutrient has on the others. And when for ex. CA/MG ratio is high the obvious solution of increasing MG may not be the right way to go.

Thank you very much

PS: For gut improvement I may recommend this online specialist Fixyourgut.com (not advertising honestly)
