According to Rich, many people with CFS have a B12 deficiency due to glutathione depletion and a partial block in the methylation cycle, but I've heard a couple people in these forums say they have a B12 deficiency, but not CFS. What's going on here?

A B12 forum that Freddd was active on got closed down a year or two ago, and they migrated here.
