In the local newspaper, a reader wrote in saying she was "cured" of her CFS due to an off label use of a medication called Acarbose, used normally for treating diabetes. I Have no idea, if it makes sense or not but thought some may be interested in looking into it. Maybe it will help somebody here.

looks like it has some potential side effects, and other Contraindications. So please take it for what it is worth. One account in a local newspaper.
