I would like help interpreting my GG results. I've spent a solid week of reading, watching and taking notes on everything methylation. I am still lost in a seas of concepts and confusion but I found a couple of small pieces of understanding to float on. I am hoping you guys can offer the rope with which I can construct a raft of knowledge.
I thought eating right, sobriety, exercise, meditation, therapy was going to fix everything. I'd like to add my understanding of my genetic predispositions to that list, with your help, of course. In return I would like to make a small donation to PR's charity of choice.
