    I have gone from Keto to carnivore then back to Keto......I ran into the same issues as Chris on carnivore...I need more fat and carbs to function... I am now doing KETO with 3000mg of FLUSH niacin a day after hearing of a successful recovery on that protocol

    Chris, I am on carnivore with 25mg of PREGNENOLONE ( Dr Myhill ) and have been on it for 2 weeks...How have you progressed on it?

    Constant nerve tingling ,hands legs ,head..

    I believe fluroqunolone antibiotics over several years caused my pain particularly in my hands and fee...Dryness, itchiness, yes was prescribed Lyrica but decided not to go ahead....Anyone here has FQ's?

    I have had paresthesia in my hands and feet for the last 3 years and my serum B12 levels have been anywhere from 400 to 1000 and the symptoms do not change...Has anyone come up with a good treatment plan?

    Fluoroquinolone Antibiotics (Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox, Plaquenil, etc.) and ME

    Fluroquinolones triggered my CFS as well. I am positive for ANA but c3/c4 etc are normal...Not on any drugs but found a low fat (no oils , avacoado etc) vegen diet keeps my pain under control. Did you go onto to plaq?
