BBC Radio 4's You and Yours programme today featured a piece on butter making a comeback. (I personally consumed margarine due to being a vegan, but now use coconut oil.)
The item starts at 13.38 and features Dr Aseem Malhotra, a well-known fat (in food!) enthusiast.

Rather bemused by the chef enthusing about the Maillard reaction though, which I believe is NOT a good thing.
