Guys, I have a question. How can I tell if I'm tired from exertion? I mean, I stay in the bed for hours in the morning, and sometimes I stay in bed for hours in the afternoon, but my muscles don't really feel tired. However, it seems that my mental fatigue is just so awful that I feel I haven't slept for days despite sleeping well or could it be that I'm actually exhausted by physical activity? I did once felt tired after walking for a bit. Or maybe this is getting worse. My mental fatigue was tolerable in 6th grade, and I never really recovered from having mental fatigue, and around 20, my mental fatigue just gotten worse, and now I think it is somewhat better and worse at the same time. The longest I only recover from having mental fatigue is a day max, but my fatigue will stay there till my death.
