Hi Everyone
I will keep this short, following a bad virus 3 years ago I was told by a specialist I may have CFS.
My symptoms are for the last 3 years
Head pressure pain and pain in my neck glands not swollen just pain.
If I try to exercise 48hrs later the head pain and neck gland pain can be quite severe.
I have never suffered with anything else at all.
I have an appointment with a neurologist this week I don’t know wheather to cancel it.
Looking for advice to whom I should see

In order for you to be sure you need to have everything ruled out.
Wouldn’t you want to find something you could fix?
You said noting about fatigue either.

Fatigue l get only if I try to exercise which can last for 3 or 4 days. I just find it strange I only have the above symptoms from the neck up
And have been told it’s CFS
