Depends if the heart rate is pathological and thus can be treated with beta blockers or similar sinus node agents, or is compensatory in response to cerebral autoregulation deficits, stomach pooling in the periphery and or stomach, or reduced stroke volume of many causes. Is it associated with dizziness?
