VDR and GcMAF question

Hey, I would Like to know whats going on with the connection between VDR Expression and GcMAF.

So Here's what i know:

When 25-OH-VITd3 is Low and 1,25VItD3 high there is Most likely a reduced Expression of Vitamin D Receptor.


How do I now determine If GcMaf is good in this constellation? Is GcMaf indicated for high 1,25vitD3/ Low 25-OH-vitd3 ?
