skin reaction to pathergy test, anyone else?

Pathergy test is usually done for Behcet diagnosis (immune vasculitis).

It's a multiple needle prick. The result is positive if a papule appears at 24-48 h00 reading.

The papule sometimes starts after a few hours;

I did the test, and it was negative at 24h00. However I got a papule quickly after the test (picture below) that faded away during the next 24h00. it's strange, anyone else have that?
