My suggestion would be to work through the 4R Gut Rebuilding Program, which incorporates some of the things people have mentioned, and more, in a 4 step comprehensive program. It's unlikely that one or two supplements are going to fix your problem. It's best to do all of the 4 steps in a certain order, not just some of them.

Click on the link in my signature to find a document on it. A functional medicine doctor (someone listed by the Institute for Functional Medicine) would be the right kind of doctor to help you with it.

The antibiotics may not have worked because some antibiotics and anti-fungals work better on some bacteria than others. If you do a stool test, it can identify which bacteria you have and which antibiotics and natural antifungals will be effective.

Ok, I did a little reading on your condition. Good for you for sorting out what the problem is.
There is a paper here on a condition like yours involving the messenteric artery squeezing the duodenum and there are 3 doctors names attached: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3222767/

I'm confused though - you say the doctors where you are are not knowledgeable - although they were able to make the diagnosis and do the surgery. Are you looking for a better surgeon ?

Regarding the HBOT I was saying it might help with the adhesions. There is a study done on that (in rats mind you). I can't seem to locate it now. I'm just concerned that they will be hard to remove in surgery b/c they actually form due to surgery.

I found already a surgeon who promised to help me. I plan to get rid of previous adhesions and now I want to use special gel that can prevent the emergence of adhesions.
