Question for those on Equillibrant

For those of you taking Equillibrant--do your symptoms wax and wane, or did you see steady improvement?

A few months ago I started Equillibrant (while also taking valacyclovir, valganciclovir, and pulsed antibiotics for Lyme) and I noted some gradual improvement--since I was uncertain what was working I decided to commit to 1-2 years of the Equillibrant.

Unfortunately, the last 2 weeks have been bad again. Does this mean the Equillibrant is not working? Or is it expected for symptoms to wax and wane even on a successful therapeutic regimen?

@fireflymd - I've had a good response from Equilibrandt, but am other treatments too. It's been a few weeks, but I would still suffer intermittent low-grade fevers every 2-3 weeks, which were coupled with flu-like symptoms. PEM, however, is much more tolerable since being on Equliibrandt and LDN.
