And it says on potsuk.org and wikipedia that it's used to treat OI. Any experiences on this?

This drug is Mestinon. It has been used by many Dysautonomia doctors with success in a percentage of patients, but as I remember, it is a fairly small percentage of patients. It probably works for a subset, but I don't know what subset that is.

None of the patients I know personally who tried had success with it.
