I found an interesting PubMed article on the use of a plant chemical called pterostilbene and how it can enhance mitochondria. Mitochondria are select components of the cells that produce energy. They used pterostilbene with some select nutrients and made the conclusion that this cocktail positively influenced certain pathways in the cell.

I made a video which is unedited and cover some key issues of the article. The audio got a little fuzzy towards the end, so I would recommend tapping the CC button on YouTube for Closed captioning.
