Promethease vs Sterling's App? Where to upload RAW Data

I got my raw data through ancestry. I want to upload it to a site and I found people recommending promethease and sterling's app.

Can anybody recommend one of these and tell me the difference. I think sterling's app is a little more expensive. Is one more comprehensive? Do they give you like tips or explain what the different things do?

they will show you all different results.

for me it turned out after paying thousands of $ for full genome sequencing this was to be the most interesting, expensive and useless information i ever got. could get nothing out of this at all.
