Point chart instead of talking

Someone here recently posted a picture point chart for those who have a hard time talking. You know, where the disabled person can just point to the pictures to communicate with others.

I've tried to find it but can't. It's for a friend.

If the original poster or someone else knows where I can find that I would really appreciate. I've even tried looking on other sites like howtogeton and cfsselfhelp.
