The podcast is unfortunate - not going into how bad the evidence of CBT is - calling it 'marginal' - and recommending it's offered anyway.
Saying "chronic fatigue syndrome is where fatigue is the dominant symptom" - grr.
@14 'a proper examination must be done'. 'tell the patient that it is unlikely that anything can be found'.
On balance, it's possibly a not as bad podcast as it could be.
The interviewee diddn't go into the crap false explanation thing.
Manage symptoms, talk about them if they change.
'It is very important to study exercise therapies' oh great.
