They seem to have good reviews on the net. Can all these numerous substances and supplements be absorbed through the skin?

Has anyone tried any of these and then seen their blood tests show more iron or vitamin D or whatever?

If they did work it would be wonderful for those ME sufferers with bowel absorbtion problems
