I started tons of biotin two days ago, 500 mg per day, but can't tolerate it.
Nausea and forehead ache are too bad

500 mg per day
There are studies on high dose regimes 50-200mgs. Due to the fact that it’s water soluble it shouldn’t be too dangerous… but 500mg seems a bit too heavyHmm. A half a gram of botin? Looks more like a typo and micrograms were ment.
Not sur I will keep trying it, I also had a massive acne attack on my face, I never had that skin inflammation level before. That is a high dose to begin with, have you considered starting more slowly, like say 50 mg a day? That still is a high dose.
yes 500 mg is the pharmacological dose for a rare disorder of the basal ganglia responsive to high dose Thiamine+BiotinHmm. A half a gram of botin? Looks more like a typo and micrograms were ment.
