My Dopamine Concern: DBH, GCH1 and COMT

What really works for me is lithium, magnesium, phosphatidylcholine, tyrosine and a B complex.
Magnesium and lithium increase COMT expression. Phosphatidylcholine helps BHMT, but more importantly, it saves some SAMe. SAMe is needed for COMT to work. Phosphatidylcholine is also very beneficial for my sister, so there must be some genetic benefit.
I've run my 23andme file through MTHFRSupport and I was scrolling through it, when I came across an area with a lot of red SNPs in the 'Neurotransmitter Pathway'. I don't think I have a serotonin problem, but I do have a dopamine problem.
The SNPs that you were talking about (++, +- and -- are copied from MTHFRSupport):

DBH, GCH1 and COMT might be the biggest problems. I don't have full information about all the SNPs. Maybe you can elaborate it a bit?

PS: I've had OCD/ADD in the past.

Thanks.
