So, he's jumped from all PPSs (of which CFS, IBS, FM are considered in the context of the above text to be a subset) to claiming CFS, IBS and FM account for up to 30-50% of referrals to specialists.These three PPS account for at least 15% of GP consultations and up to 30-50% of referrals to specialists"
