labs from usa or other most advanced countries cfs wise that receive samples from argentina?

Hi, I'd like to ask if somebody knows labs that make studies relevant to CFS (cytoquine profile, NK cell activity, etc.) and receive samples from other countries such as Argentina where I live. I have found that there is a lab in Uruguay, "just" 1000 km from me, that offers all the tests from Geneva Diagnostics, Asheville, North Carolina (Mind Nutrition lab). Perhaps somebody knows of labs here en Argentina or Uruguay that offer tests from faraway countries. Thank you for your attention
