Hydroxycobalamin, low nitric oxide?

On my nutrahacker report it says low nitric oxdide due to rs1801131 MTHFR. Since hydroxyb12 is a NO scavenger, does this mean it should be avoided?

I've tried both hydroxyb12 and methylb12, they both feel the same (no negatives from either).

rs4633 COMT - encourage hydroxyb12, avoid methylb12
rs4680 COMT - encourage hydroxyb12, avoid methylb12
rs1805087 MTR - encourage methlyb12
rs1801394 MTRR - encourage methlyb12

For COMT V158M +- and VDR Taq +- (which I have), Amy Yasko reccomends hydroxyb12 and adenosylb12 (not sure if I trust her methods though).
