One important thing I wanted to separate and pull from the Clostridium thread is that using CB can cause SEVERE constipation. If you choose to trial this probiotic be warned that it is incredibly powerful and although it may not seem like its doing much watch your bowel movements. If you notice them slowing down even remotely take a break from CB.
