That sounds like an interesting book. Is it open-access or free-access, so I can browse through a copy?
Looks like its $226 on Amazon or you could possibly do an interlibrary loan - I've had some luck getting expensive scientific books that way.

Google books has about 85 pages for preview online. Not the right ones, in my preview though.

The book was published in 1987. I'd be very interested in learning more7 about the interactions with various SNPs and also how infectious agents (like chlamydia pneumoniae) interact with it and these topics are likely too modern for this book. Is there any other more updated comprehensive reference?
