United States ME/CFS Research Needs Transparency

add Australia, too

frankly, add just about the whole world.
The Question is, Why is there such a lack of transparency about this topic?
...must be about "losing money" , if answers do come from following the money.

Good work. Having a video is rather more emotionally powerful than a post. Painful to watch in places... but I'm always terrible with stuff like that.

Feels petty to quibble, but I'm not so sure we should assume CBT is useful for helping people live with a life-altering illness. From what I've seen, it is often a useless imposition for those with cancer, etc too. Much depends on the patient and the therapist, but to me, it seems that standards for CBT are too low for a wide range of applications, given the impact it can have upon patients.
