hey--wasn't sure best section to put this in---but anyway, every year my intolerance to eggs grows and I avoid them. (I was fine with them until my later 40s--think its related to autoimmune) I ate part of a gluten free muffin today that had egg in there and I know from past experience that my reaction is pain within a couple hours. I don't tolerate anthistamine pharmaceuticals well but that would seem like logical antidote. Any suggestions what to do when I slip up to decrease stinging pain? I am guessing its something with t cells.
