methylation problems

    so what exactly do you take if you have any methylation problems?
    Are you supposed to take 5-MTHF, SAM-E or TMG? I read many different things and I am confused..

    I'm guessing that it's because different people react differently to the same thing. As CCC pointed out to you in another thread, the science is not settled. You will need to experiment.

    I KNOW but I need to know what to experiment WITH. I can't just start taking multivitamins I need to know what are usually used .

    I would assume everything needs to be experimented with. For this reason, I rarely introduce more than one supplement at a time.

    Edit: I understand from the other thread that you started with a whole bunch of supplements, so you won't know how each affected you and at what dosage level.
