Prescriptions
  • Minocyline – 1 Month -100MG
    • No real effect
  • Valtrex – 1 Month – 1000mg
    • No real effect and doctor wouldn’t extend
  • Low Dose Naltrexone – 2 Months – 4.5mg at highest
    • May have helped slightly but resulted in severe insomnia
  • Amoxicillin – 1 Week
    • No discernible effect
  • Budesonide – 9mg – 3 Weeks
    • Stomach seemed a bit better but nothing substantial
  • Corticosteroid Nasal Spray
    • Not really much help.

Supplements

  • Methylation
  • D-Ribose
    • Used to help but now no longer effective
  • Bioavailable B-Vitamins
    • Used to help with depression and anxiety but now can result in too many negative effects
    • B12 will result in occasional depression relief
    • B2 can reduce histamine burden after eating
  • Vitamin D3
    • Used to help with depression but now worsens weakness
  • Magnesium
    • Decreases anxiety
  • Pregnenonolone
    • Increase in Acne, No Noticeable increase in Energy, No Noticeable Increase in Sex Drive, Discontinued Usage
  • L-Glutamine
    • Seems to help a bit with soothing gut issues
  • Glycine
    • Sometimes calming other times nothing.
  • Candizyme
    • No Discernible Effect
  • Sachomyres Boullardi
    • No Discernible Effect

Not fun to have so much setbacks with everything you try. I myself started to have problems with jarrows methyl complex after a while. I probably over did it since I notice it gave me energy. It had the same wire feel you get from coffeine so it wasnt that positive but I ended up taking more for some reason. I also tried l-carnitine maybe the combo wasnt so good.

Is L-Dopa a supplement?
 
L-Dopa is actually Mucuna Pruriens which didn't do a whole lot for me. I did read the supplement form varies in quality by quite a bit and it's hard to find something high quality enough to give you an effect. I figured I would try it anyways.
