I learned about this point several years ago but only massage it sporadically. I'm beginning to think it would probably be a very good idea to do it daily!

I use my fist to rub the points on both legs simultaneously. Interestingly though, today at least, only my right leg is sore in that spot - there's a sharp little pain when I press there. I read once that you should massage points until they stop hurting, though that's not happening today with my right leg.
Anyways, I think this does give me a little energy boost. Obviously it's not a cure or anything but it might help a little with all we face.
