How do we know which one of the 20 essential amino acids we need?
What kind are we short and would benefit or do we have too much and could make ME even worse.
Shouldn’t we have a test first before we take additional amino acids and maybe overload?

This link explains some basics. https://www.gdx.net/product/amino-acids-analysis-nutritional-test-plasma

A lot of amino acids are still considered relatively new discoveries. I guess it's up to each of us to determine which are important to our bodies and which aren't.

This illness leads to much reading and learning. Each of us is different in the way our bodies produce things...be aware, watch our for your body's reaction to what you eat or drink, how you digestive system feels....these are all indicators. There is a lot to learn. Yours Lenora.
